What information should I include when requesting a quote?
Include the engine make and model or application (for example Caterpillar C15 or Cummins ISX), the symptoms or work required, and your contact details. That lets us give you a realistic quotation and turnaround time before the engine arrives.
How long is a quotation valid and what payment methods do you accept?
Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. We accept EFT and cash. A deposit may be required before work commences on larger jobs, and final payment is due in full on collection. Full detail is in our terms of service.
